They have added a new 17$ infrastructure bill to each billing period, bi-weekly, for now on because they used almost NONE of the money they have made from Yakima residents to keep up their infrastructure. THEY’VE PUT NOTHING BACK IN AND NOW EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! Some months my bill is under 20$. They expect to double my bill because they are bad at business? I don’t think so, we’re moving. This is just one of the many corrupt companies that inhabit, and control, the Masonic Valley we call “Yakima.” This town is done…….the decline here is happening rapidly. Do not move here.😶

Horrible water, and charged us $350+ for a single month during the summer. Glad I don't live in that area anymore.

So we had a water leak that was spraying out by our house. The guy from Nob Hill Water came and shut off our water. He said our main line was broke in half. A few days later my brother had somebody else come over to fix it, and the other person said it is not broken. So for NO reason we went without water showers and flushing the toilets. This place is RIDICULOUS!! Hire people who know what they are doing! WE ALSO DESERVE SOME COMPENSATION OR MONEY OFF OUR BILL!!

No clue

What is the sediment in the Nob Hill water and how can I best clean my sinks, shower and toilet to get it off? (porcelain toilet and sinks and some sort of plastic/fiber shower stall)

Not sure if you are still looking for the answer but it's silica. There's a product thats sold that will help clean it. I can't remember the name, but if you call Nob Hill water and ask for Dave, he'll tell you! He's great.
