Unprofessional, rude , and fraudulent staff. I bought a used car here, and I've basically had problems ever since. let's start with the financing, I never asked for the GAP for insurance, but they charged me anyways, they showed me a clean Carfax, while the car was in an accident. They had to do a little work on the body of the car, but they ruined it even more, dirtying the air intakes with paint, and keeping the car for 13 days, let me spend more money for a rental car, because they don’t provide for a courtesy car! I will not recommend anyone to come here

I reach out to Mr. Lenox Wright the sales man and from start to finish I had no complain very kind and courteous kept me updated throughout the process. He made me as a consumer very comfortable for buying my first truck under my business account. Definitely going back there again if I need another vehicle. If you had title and all documentation i wouldn't have left without the check. But if the dealer has to wait for title and lien info to clear then it's a normal wait.

Every vehicle that has traction control has on some occasions have issues. Diagnosis is key for proper repair. Metro Ford can handle all necessary Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury repairs.
