I bought a ford explorer 2022 new here and part of the deal was replace the seat sandstone color to black.. after extra cost charge.. now the dealer said the plastic seat parts in the seat are not included and are trying to delivery the vehicle in unacceptable conditions i try to talk with the sales manager and find and solution but he refuse fix the problem, i am now hiring a layer to set a complaint !! Incredible bad customer service i never will buy a car in this dealer again !!!

Great Experience and a great customer service from the staff. Very satisfied with my purchase. J.C. Urrutia was and excellent salesperson thru the whole process of ordering and purchasing my car, also very quick with paper work and made sure that I felt complete satisfaction as a customer. I wanted to take this time to give commendation to Service consultant Greg Brady. Never have a met a service person that fits the party better than him. His professional appearance and customer service expertise make him an asset to your company. He sets the bar when it comes to service. I’ve owned top of the line Audi, Chevy’s, Mercedes and Dodge trim vehicles and never have I been greeted and received the quality of service he provided. I’m not the write a review type but when service is exemplary it should be acknowledged.

A letter came in the mail for a few extended warranties that my truck had, so I brought it in to my nearest Ford dealer, Ford of Kendall.. my service advisor was Lorenzo and man do I feel like Red Carpet treatment. My wife has her BMW that they service for her regularly and being that they’re a luxury car dealer obviously you expect nothing less from them, but I’ll tell you that this particular Ford location absolutely surpassed them by a mile! From knowledge of my particular truck, to pricing, to thorough explanations, and amazing turn around times, this location is a 20 out 10 no questions asked. Specifically my shout out needs to go to Lorenzo, everyone else there was great don’t get me wrong but Lorenzo specifically was my advisor and he totally made me feel like family and like Fords’ NUMBER ONE customer. Thank you all, thank you Ford of Kendall, and thank you Lorenzo for making me a PROUD Ford Diesel truck owner!!!

Very bad service and worse is the other Quick Lane from US1 with 203 st. I was 30 minutes waiting for someone to attend me and nothing. There was an employee serving a customer and no one else. Two employees were chatting and looking at their cell phones. Nobody raised their head. Worst.
Does it have a cafeteria, is that you what asking? Yes.
Make sure you are not charged too much....read real good...be safe
