Palmetto Ford is very user unfriendly!! This place is a joke from the get go. You cant even get a straight answer to a simple question. They advertise all these sort of discounts which may or may not apply and I wanted to inquire about them. I asked the chat window about the trade in discount and financing discounts which are advertised on the webpage and she says she is unable to help with the pricing info and needs my phone number and email for someone from sales to call me. Then I try actually calling them with the number listed for the dealership and clearly asking for the Sales Department and she says "yes I'm sales". Yet when I ask her the same question regarding the trade discounts and financing discounts she say's "I'm in internet department and cant give you price information but what is your phone number and email and someone from sales will call you". I then ask to speak to a real live sales person but says she cannot transfer the call, she needs my phone numbers to have someone contact me. So in essence, EVERYONE you speak to is in the "internet sales" department and really only there to take your number and unable to give you any real information. They pretend they are in sales, they will even tell you they are in sales but in reality it is just a bunch of young people in a glass room that do nothing but answer incoming calls and try to get your phone number and email address for their database. Palmetto Ford is using very bad business practices which aggravate and frustrate potential customers from the very first time they are trying to simply reach them as a customer. I could only imagine all the shenanigans one would receive after signing on the dotted line. "There is only ONE chance to make a good FIRST impression".

I brought my ford escape hybrid for breaks they said same day pick up. Charged me 2835.00. It took 3 months. First two weeks no car I spend so much money on uber!! after calling everyday beging for a car they finally gave me one. When they changed the breaks they broke another part that according to them it wasn't available. Finally out of nowhere they found it. After 3 months I got it back. Next day the break light came on the dashboard again took it back "is ok no problem I deleted it from the dashboard. Next day no breaks on I95 . Life threatening matter for me and others. Payed 250 to get it towed back there so lucky I didn't sue them. The manager said "oh but when u took it breaks were working " yeah for 2 days I payed almost 3000 I expect them to work properly , very unprofessional staff they dont know what they doing . After months of time and money waisted they said we can't fix it we don't know what it is. . They said my hybrid battery was dead n it cost 5000 for a new one. I wouldn't be surprised they broke my car and wash their hands. my car was worth 7700 n they gave me 500 for it. It was a chapter in my life I wanted to closed fed up n tired. They tried selling me a car for the credict I had for the repairs done. a little tiny dirty car for 13000 some fat Brazilian guy very rude by the way unpleasant He was like at least you driving your car don't drive. Omg it's not free I have to pay for it n that's not what I want he acted like he was doing me a favor. Found the cars they have there for 19000 for 13000 somewhere else. service unprofessional rude lies after lies. The only good employee they have there is Alexa even though I was driving her crazy calling her every day she was nice n professional everybody else is trash ..I wish my bf never brought the car to this place. Now I lost my car n I lost time and money. Never again coming here. And do yourself a favor don't come to this place they chargeable arm n a leg n they don't get things done

Stopped by today very excited with my husband to either buy a box truck for our business or an F250 and the supervisor BRENDA was either having a bad day or she’s just normally not very helpful. We wanted to place an order for an F250 because they don’t have any in stock and she told us to go online and figure it out, once we’re ready we can go into the store and place it (pretty much gift her her commission) had no type of good customer service, to then find out Ford isn’t even accepting orders right now. Point is she had no interest in helping us or even giving us alternative options. She dismissed us and didn’t look back.

Yes I think you can call
Do you ask a Ford dealer for a part and want to know the brand of the part? You are stupid? Of course, it will be a Ford Genuine (or Motorcraft) part.
Call their number and select parts. If they don't answer, select service instead. They are short-staffed.
I am very sure that if they can help you with that, only that sometimes they do not have the parts physically in the premises and therefore they order them online ..... you simply save your receipt and call by phone before going to pick up on the estimated date, to make sure they are already there.
