BEST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!! Seriously, if you’re looking to buy a car, truck, van, etc just go straight to Ford Autonation and skip all the other dealers. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and at a variety of dealers, and HANDS DOWN, this is the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP! Only shop at AutoNation Ford if you’re really desperate for a vehicle and can’t get the one you like anywhere else. Seems to be the unfortunate situation during a pandemic. Be ready to experience poor customer service relations. Their customer service structure is currently in the works of improvements, so they say. My complaint list would be too overwhelming to post here on Google. Turnaround time for fixed vehicle could take 2 to 3 weeks. New policy change instated after pandemic for acquiring a rental can be acquired after second day and that’s if you’re warranty policy has already evaluated approved and evaluated the parts of your vehicle for coverage. If you don’t have a warranty, you still can’t get rental till second day after confirming to have vehicle inspected and diagnostics check along with your signature. Most of the employees here mean well even though they may not follow up on your calls. Please understand you will be doing most of the legwork on following up on your vehicle, so don’t expect call backs even when they say they’ll call you back. Make sure to get names and extension numbers even though it may not resolve anything. I’d say they also have a shortage on good customer service but In the end, your always going to have good apples and bad apples. Statistics show they’ve got 80% of bad apples. Be prepared for them to blame pandemic for everything. Also expect a shortage on good quality mechanics that know the schematics of a Ford vehicle, engine. Utilize your warranty and make sure parts are covered to ease your pockets.
