I had a great experience. Fast service. Better than Pompano Ford. I was able to get for my recall. Pompano wanted to make me wait for over a month to get an appointment. Pompano won’t give you transportation when they know they have to keep your car all week. Will never go back to Pompano Ford or lease a vehicle from then. Greico got my loyalty.

It was a pleasure to have my pickup truck serviced under previous ownership at this location. They have removed the diner cafe that used to be here while you were waiting-though the new tile is very shiny. The website says they’ll pickup your vehicle, but when you call they don’t do that anymore-remove it from your website. Yesterday I called the parts department and spoke with a helpful lady-she said one hour of labor to install. They had the part and I bought it. Called back today and service said it might take 2 hours to install a piece of weather stripping. Actual job may take 15 minutes. Surely your customers don’t expect a handout, but they count on knowledgeable consistent and fair communication and customer service.

Had been car shopping for several months when I decided to stop and take a look at Grieco Ford inventory in Fort Lauderdale. For the first time I was actually greeted on the lot and asked by a representative if he could help me. They were friendly and gave me a quick and fair deal, without playing games. I appreciate the way they respected me and my time. Obviously I purchased a beautiful Ford Mustang and love it. I will soon be having my service work done and will post a second review on that department. Hope they are as helpful as the sales team. Went here by pure chance for Service on my 2012 F-150 and couldn't be happier. Service person was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and understood cost concerns. Clean, well kept facility where you can wait for your vehicle. I knew what was wrong before I went. No trying to push me into extra repairs or other services. In, diagnosed and fixed it the same day. Works perfectly! I will go back here anytime - no sleesy dealership vibes here what so ever.
