Up until this week I have been happy with this store. There is a new employee, a nice looking young man, who was rude and hostile toward me. I was just asking where I could find birdseed. It was concealed in a can among lots of other things. He said you know where it is. I said you directed me there but couldn’t see it. “Yes, you saw it. Yes, you saw it.” He said angrily. I Would not ask for it if I could find it myself. No excuse for his rudeness, as I have been very polite. I want to buy another chair there, but will not go there with him.

Small hardware store on the westside of Santa Barbara. Fairly large selection of hardware items, keys made, and other sundry items. Owner is friendly and helpful when looking for hardware items in the store. 1 handicapped parking space, smaller parking lot, but adequate most times of the day.

Has a lot of stuff for such a small store... You can find almost anything you need but it's going to be cheap quality but expensive pricing. Ace has higher quality for the same price and Home Depot has higher quality for better pricing. The fact that the items are cheap and all sales are final kind of explains the type of shop it is. The owner has always been super friendly to me and I go in on occasion when I need something small and don't feel like driving very far.

The owner is friendly at times. I've had good experiences there but my last trip was frustrating. Don't buy their "Quickie" brand mop. After mopping half of my kitchen I realized how cheap this product was and was bummed I had paid $16.99 for it. The owner would only give me store credit and charge me the difference for the more expensive, $18.99 "Quickie" mop. I didn't want either of these mops and will never buy a "Quickie" brand mop ever again. Clearly posted on the door as you walk in is a sign that says "All Sales Are Final".... not the best policy when you are selling cheap products.... or maybe for the owner it is? Unfortunately, this store doesn't stack up to competitor return policy standards and I will not be shopping here any more. I recommend any potential shoppers take a good look at what they buy here because there is no return policy!!

No, a smaller neighborhood hardware store located on the Westside of Santa Barbara.
They do.
I don't think pappy sells those at his store. Its a smaller hardware store, neighborhood size. I would check at a regular grocery store, hobby shop type store
