Was on vacation in the area, and noticed that my front tire had developed a sizable bubble. After being told at Costco that they could not replace only 2 tires on the front wheels on my dually ( said they would have to install 4 tires on the rear and move the best two to the front ) ????? Didn’t make any sense….. so I called Big Brand Tire and they got me in right away !! Replaced the front two tires super fast ! 30 minutes ahead of eta !! Thanks 🙏!! For the awesome customer service ! We were able to continue on with our vacation with minimal disruption!! A+A+A+ Thanks again !

Always excellent customer service! Easy to talk to, will explain everything they're doing to your car and why they are recommending what it is they are recommending to you. Will also physically show you why so you can see for yourself. Have yet to have a bad experience!

I ran over a large nail and my tire was destroyed. Big Brand Tires squeezed me in without an appointment. Of course, I had to wait a little, but I was so grateful that they replaced my tire and got me back on the road. The front staff young man was very friendly and professional and got me the quote for the tire very quickly. The technician who did the work was delightful and very informative in explaining what had been done. Great service all around.

Less than a month ago I had new tires installed here. The experience was fine - took longer than they said but the work and price was good. Recently I purchased some aftermarket wheels and called to have them installed here (using the same tires). They were a little apprehensive about doing this work on the phone (due to the tires being used) but when they saw how recent the tire installation was and that they had done it we were all good to go - there was a clear understanding of the work that was to be done. Today I arrived at the shop for my appointment and was told they did not feel comfortable about doing the install because the quality of their techs on a weekend is not the same as it is during the week. They said I spoke to a call center when I made my appointment and they did not give details on the work to be done. At the shop they suggested I come back during the week. I don't feel comfortable trusting my car and thousands of dollars in parts to a place where the quality of work depends on the day of the week.
