Probably the nicest Ace Hardware I’ve ever been to. Super large store. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They did not have what I was looking for (5 gallon water jugs); however, I found a lot of other things I wanted while walking through the store. It was very confusing finding the entrance after getting off the 101, but it’s just an odd road plan in this area in general.

Absolute worst customer service. Completely and utterly unprofessional and RUDE! Got very offended that google has their hours open until 8pm when people show up they treat you like trash.

For the first time in years I had awful service at Miners. The store clerks were rude to me for asking if we could do the same price match for a particular item that Miners had priced matched a week prior. This time however they shamed me and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when I told them this same exact item was price matched last week. Policies change, I get it…but some of the cashiers need to be better trained to speak with customers. The woman with tattoos and shaved head was very helpful though!!

Great to have a small town hardware store back in Goleta. The interior was clean and spaceous, the shelves were well stocked, and there was an abundance of staff all ready willing and eager to help me find whatever I was looking for.
