Top notch facility with A1 staff. Ryan in the service department has treated my family with nothing but respect and honesty with all of their moto needs and I know he does the same for everyone else. Matt in the parts dept has always kept me and my buddies up to speed with parts availability and best parts. Along with corresponding service to any application we have needed SBM is the top dog.

Apparently all the low reviews seem to check out. I emailed the dealer to get a price on a bike, and that was 05/21, and no answer. I mean if your sales people can't even bother to respond to a potential sale, what can you expect post sale? Giving your business to a dealership should be a piece of cake, not like pulling teeth.... Suit yourself people.... And I am sure the managent will reply to this review with some platitudes....

I just came in to grab some new gloves and boots but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I think Nate was the guy who helped me today. They don't try to sell or upsell anything but will give you their opinions and recommendations if you ask. They have a lot of inventory to chose from compared to some other shops I've been to. My friend in Santa Maria suggested I come here when I need work done on my Honda CBR since they have the best rates and easy to work with. I'll be back some time for an oil change and fresh tires. They are also dog friendly! Good to know for next time!

looks like they effectively deleted my critique. - To give them a fair shake, I'll go in and TRY to buy a Motorcycle. All I ask for before giving over my cash is: 1. does the salesperson undertsand my needs and does the bike I am directed to buy fit my needs? 2. Does the sales person know basic specifiications and maintenance schedule? 3. Does the front sale office understand that cstomer want to add accesories the they buy and why can they not provide that information. It's like pulling teeth. I am talking about different tires and a slip pn exhaust (oh I have no idead you'll have to talk to part!) so they lose a sale plus parts and service for 3-4 years.
