Absolutely not one person we asked for help knew where anything in the store was located. I was looking for hair detangler for my daughter. I was sent to the baby area from the lady working in the cosmetic section only to find it exactly two aisles over from where I originally asked her. The store was organized but a lot of the shelves had missing product. Also the bathrooms needed some serious cleaning. Almost every toilet except one had diarrhea all over it. One word to explain my experience here.... YIKES.

This store in particular is always ransacked. If you want to find your favorite items, well keep looking you won’t find it at this target. Not to mention that we bought a couple of items that was ADVERTISED to give a $5 gift card when bought and that did not happen. Contacted customer service and they couldn’t even help me, how is that possible? Of course, it’s huge and there’s workers everywhere (most unhappy ones I’ve ever seen) but every time we try to go shopping here, we always are missing a few grocery items etc. for being such a huge store and corporation, I expect better…

I apologize if I can't give five stars, I just have to give stars based on my collective memory of other stores that I've seen. This Target is five stars compared to the one in downtown. It has way more variety than that such as home improvement options, clothes, a bit of bedding, etc. But, still compared to the Target stores that I have seen in other towns, and even on roads, this one is mediocre. I don't know why it appears that the chain stores in Santa Barbara are shabby... They may improve in future in which case I may change my review, but as of now, they are 3.5 stars at the best...

Excellent addition in Goleta. Very big space and a lot of options for each department. Excellent location and ample parking space.

I would contact the stores director (top person). I would ask that they provid you with a photo from their surveillance system. It's digital so it can be emailed to you. If that doesn't work then contact their corporate office and ask to start with that stores district manager. If you need to keep going up the ladder until they provide you with photo evidence Best to ya
