Completed my first especially long ride and needed something in my system because I was SO exhausted to get home haha, wish I got his name but was super helpful in telling me that they had snacks and a cafe inside! Was able to get a clif bar to head home and would 100% come back due to feeling welcome and the quick service!

They do an amazing job servicing my bike and complete every job in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to serve their clients. My friends and i have our bikes serviced there and never had a bad experience. The other day my rear hub needed repair. They dealt with it quickly, competently and for a very fair price. The staff is friendly and respectful. I recommend them most highly.

I've had two excellent service experiences with Cadence and would give them my highest recommendation. My custom bike (Spectrum) is 23 years old and I'm very selective about who I will allow to work on it. (AKA: I don't want to risk a BMX kid attacking it with a vice-grip wrench.) I was convinced that my bottom bracket had failed after 23 years(!) and that it needed replacement. Zach took it for a test ride and decided that much less was needed: only a chain and a sprocket was needed. These folks are professional, they appreciate bikes as fine machines and they can be trusted. If you've a bike that you really care about this is the place to go.
