On Sunday, July 31, Alejandra has helped me and my sisters transfer and purchase new devices. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She guided us step by step, and was very clear on pricing but also gave us options. She was so helpful, and her guidance has allowed us to set up our be devices and plan so smoothly. Such amazing service and phones we wanted were available. Highly recommend asking for Alejandra when you decide to visit this store.

Great, friendly service. I came in for an issue that occurred at a different TMobile store. Jackie, one of the managers, was extremely helpful, courteous, and helped me resolve my problem. If I could give her service 10 stars I would.

The reason why I am giving this place a 3 star is because before they were really helpful and didn't give you the "I don't know and I can't help you" answer. Now apperantly they decided to fire every person that knew how to work and hired everyone (for my case it was Monday) it can be different for someone else on another day. Overall, what started great became bad quality service.
