I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and never had a problem until today I have witnessed secondhand racism but experienced it firsthand today I don’t know if it’s a manager or owner but I would never return to this location EVER! I came at 725, as the white gentleman came out and stopped me and said he’s not accepting any more washes.. keep in mind last wash is 745… Looking through the window I literally was watching a man load his laundry at the exact moment.. I asked him was it just me.. he kept rambling about different reasons nothing making sense.. pure racism at its finest! I kept asking him why someone right there was loading his washer as we were speaking , he kept ignoring my questions and continued to rant.. basically to me it was like Oh we’ll keep it moving very rude and disrespectful again me my husband or any of my other family will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.. If I was you and consider yourself of the black community I would not support this business..I’ll go somewhere my business is appreciated..

I’ve been going to Lee’s Coin Laundry since my sister introduced me to it when I moved to Hemet 7 months ago. While I’ve been tempted to use other coin laundry’s closer to where I live they are dirty, have out of order appliances & no attendant. I love having attendants who can assist me when needed. They keep this establishment very clean & safe!!! While I haven’t used the driers the washers do a great job & are very affordable! There are several sizes of front load washers & plenty of them. I’ve never seen a washer or dryer out of order. When I go Ava (one of the attendants) has always been there. Ava is very welcoming & friendly!

This place is horrible! Absolutely horrible! The dryers did not dry my clothes and I don’t even think the washer that I used worked! It is dirty and to be honest I was concerned about laying my clothes on the counter to dry. I even went outside and got some wipes out of my car. To clean the counter. Will not be going back here again!

Love this place,Richard the manager is the coolest guy. Keeps place clean and there to help whatever the need. Has the Largest washers takes 6 or more loads. And dryer’s work great and fast.

Richard, you are uninformed and ignorant of the Americans with Disabilities Act. My daughter's Psychiatric Service Dog is professionally trained and legal. We know ADA laws, they are easy to look up. Your treatment of a disabled person is unacceptable. Shame on you.
The owner, or a employee is always on site to ask.
