Well!! I have been seeing Ganta for many years. He has changed this past few years to not care as much. I don’t have good health at all. When I tell him about being extremely exhausted and other odd symptoms he basically ignores it. I wish he cared like he used to. He forgets to add meds when I need refills to the fax to the pharmacy. I’m forced to see him once a month because I take a small amount of pain meds. I have many friend on them, the same kind and they do not have to go in monthly. He doesn’t pay attention to what I say anymore. It’s very unfortunate. He has the ability and is a smart man. I think he maybe burning out at the cost of patients health. I have issues all the time with refills. Again he forgets to add them. Also his staff has forgotten to put my name on X-ray orders, not once!!! Several times. I have had to come back for X-rays after running by the office for them to fix my papers. I have shown up at specialist for cortisone injections to be told the code wasn’t on the Referal. Many mistakes. I’m pretty fed up. Referrals are fine, I get them within a week sometime sooner. But with errors on others things and lack of concern is no good. A lot of nonsense. The staff currently is good. I have had a some horrible experiences with a front desk girl in the past. So rude. I’m so glad she is gone for about 2 years now. One of the young men has worked there a long time. He finally stepped up and is polite now. Many new medical assistants. Over and over they come and go. Before I knew all their names and felt comfortable with them. Not now.

This doctor doesnt even know who his patients are. My father was a client of his for several years seeing him regularly and ganta had no clue who my father was. I called gantas personal cell phone after calling his office hundreds of times and not getting through, when I got ahold of ganta he asked me for a full medical history of my fathers prognosis (you would have thought I was the dr). My father had to file for disability as he was terminally Ill and unable to work Ganta's office charge the social security office a cash fee of 25 dollars to release my fathers records and they never turned them over to social security. My father died before he was ever able to receive benefits because of gantas office. This place is a joke. The staff is rude and under trained. These cash fees for records are very sketchy and good luck getting ahold of the doctor. If you love your loved ones or yourself do not waste your time with this doctor.

Horrible communication. My father is in the hospital at this very moment since Father’s Day. Will not communicate what is going on. This Doctor has called only one time in span of 4 days and was vague and you could tell he just wanted off the phone. Left urgent message with his staff today that we need a call back and it was important. Staff promised a call back... Nothing!! Ridiculous. Won’t communicate diagnosis nor the treatment plan. What kind of doctor is this? If you have an elderly family member under his care you need to change.

Always treated with respect and dignity. Even when my husband was admitted into the hospital Dr. Ganta went by daily to see him even on the weekend. He listens to what you have to say and discusses options with you.
