I bought a 1990 Class A Motorhome recently and needed an engine inspection and oil change. I was referred to Phil's Auto Clinic by Bob's RV Sales. These two companies have made my experience getting the RV checked out and fixed so smooth! They even dropped it off at one another's businesses for the work, saving me several trips from San Diego to Hemet. Their customer service is stellar. They took time to answer my questions, find solutions, and return my calls. I never felt rushed or oversold and being what it is, I felt their pricing was good and fair. I didn't get the repairs done (manufacturer surprisingly covered the repair), yet they were extremely helpful and professional. The prices I was quoted were reasonable and fair. In the future, if needed, I will definitely be using Phil's Auto Clinic.

We have used Phil's a couple of times now both were great experience's . They check the vehicle out tell you what's wrong, with options to do repairs . I never felt any pressure or was up sold any thing . We have recommended to family and friends and anyone else whos looking for an honest mechanic .

The repair that this shop helped me with was the catalytic converter. As well as replacing a gasket on the exhaust. It probably took about a week to finish up but once I got it back, it was running normal. The price ran about $1700 but got a small discount with my AAA membership. Then they are willing to follow up a few weeks or days later after they finished to see how the car is running. I would go back to them for any work.
