Most of the machines are broken half of the time. ALL of the machines smell really badly of midew and mold. Floors are always filthy and covered with dryer sheets, lint, and other debris. Parking is a nightmare, no matter what time of day or night you go, or what night of the week. Plywood covering the missing change machine. Used to be a decent place. Now I'd rather hand wash in my tub.

I like going here at night when there's noone else there. I put on my headphones& set to the task(& it's no small feat since my household laundry floor up pretty much the entire car by the time I manage to drag myself there to get it done. Not a huge fan of having to go to out& about to do it,but I try take the best of it since it's obviously inevitable. A couple tho go you need ro know regarding g this particular location is that you MUST check every machine before you use it to make sure it's clean& that it works bc sometimes it's just not clear& there's no attendant or even a convenient way to communicate with owners/management if you have an issue. I've already loaded a machine, set the controls put in the money, etc, etc just to realize nothing is happening so I have to get it all back out,& do it all again in another machine,BUT this time I am hyper -aware of that issue& once it happens you usually make it a habit to do so every time after that. Depending on what detergent, products, etc. you use personally it can be a costly mistake so just a a heads up on that. Also I mistakenly either used a dryer that had no heat or possibly didn't set it on the proper setting(?),but I put in the thickest blankets ,comforters(of course ,that would be my dumb luck! Lol:)) in that 1,to my chagrin,& didn't realized it until it was taking a ridiculous amount of time&quarters& ended up just bringing it home to air dry the rest of the way bc I had to leave out of necessity bc I had to leave to go pick up my daughter from school. As long as you heed these minimal ,but crucial warnings you should have as decent a visit as you can have at a laundromat& the prices are quite decent too.

There is a person doing their laundry here today who is not wearing a mask inside. You (the owners) need to add a sign to your door that indicates you require mask wearing. It is a violation of public safety and health not to do so.

There isn't any information posted of who to contact in the event a machine stops working while in use. Twice now, I've had to unload a washing machine to move my clothes to another, after putting my money in the (No working one) other. Who owns this place? And why is there no way to contact anyone posted?
