Poor customer service on retail floor. When I asked where I could find joggers, the associate grunted and pointed and I still couldn't find them.

One Online pickup/delivery order. 6 items for pickup. Two items ready at a store I do not live near..Called my nearest store and was put on hold three times with neverresponding. Averaged 5 minutes per call. I arrived for pickup. Items in bag. Not mine. I only had two tee shirts. Small bag? She scanned each item and was researching the misc bag. I nicely asked if she could look for mine first? Mined you, 8+ associates and only 4 customers. Desert. Large square footage. I had planned to shop. Said to the Manager...I'm not in a hurry, but what if I was? Small&large paper bags on display empty. Fake. Simply only few actual pickup orders. Easy to find mine. Needless to say. Old Navy has hit my bank card 4 times, 2 stores 🤔 which I order from 1. Charged again. So, currently double the orginal dollar amount. It's the weekend. What if that was the only couple of hundreds dollars I had? The entire stores merchandising horrible. Same item in several locations and none nearly dull enough. Poor signage. Associates do not respond. Keeping their heads down. Most times, no one in line. Have to wait for them to stand looking stupid first. I like the clothes and a very smart shopper. I already know what need to. If had a question, forget it. Almost every time they have to call the manager over. Lastly 50% of the time, register restarts immediately after last item scanned. Again, charged twice. In those incidents, charges fall off in hours. The above, 7-10 business days. I'm hopeful that it sooner. It's the weekend.
