Felt like I was in hell.. all I asked for was to do my nails done, the kind girl in the entrance told me the price for gel, 35 dollars, I agreed and set In front of one of the workers.. she was extremely surprised that she need to take of my gel, then to shape my nails and then to put on a gel on all the nails! Is she serious? And as if it’s not enough she yelled at me for no reason, the other worker saw it and behind her whispered to me they’re sorry… syco! So at the end not only she yelled at me and tried to take more money than we said in the beginning (for basics) she did not shaped and shorted my nails as I asked and did only two layers and not 3.. very disappointed don’t get in there!!!

When I walked in a lady kindly greeted me with dripping wet hands (bare) from a client she was currently working on and passed me a menu of services that was gross and distorted from doing it before. Place seems clean but when you look closely it’s not Massage chairs barely work (2nd time going and different chairs don’t work) Watch closely how they touch things with dirty hands and cross contamination I personally would go somewhere else and do not plan to return

Went here to get pink nails. The swatch was mislabeled so she painted my nails the wrong color which wasn’t an issue. That’s not her fault. When I said something she gave me a hard time about fixing them. She suggested putting gel color on top of dip nails which were already bubbly and thick. I said okay but if she could buzz down some of dip. The pictures are AFTER i filed down the sides with gel that had flooded into cuticle space and most of the blood wiped away. My fingers were cut with the file as well as the buffer MULTIPLE TIMES. My nail tech gave me a burn from how fast she was filing my nails and filed my skin. She was extremely rushed and left gel on my skin and edges messy & uneven. Worst nail experience ever.

I went about a week and a half ago without an appointment and got a dip set and gel top coat, it didn't last as yesterday my pinkie nail popped off. I went in and had them redone by Christine and she is the only reason i will keep coming back. She took her TIME (2 hours) and you can tell she really knows what she's doing and takes pride in her work which is refreshing as it's common to feel like someone is doing your nails as fast as they can to crank you out and move onto the next. I will say both visits the staff was friendly and the store was clean, they even offer you complimentary drinks. I will keep coming back for Christine and her beautiful work.
