Hands down best apartment building in south beach that’s professionally managed by a wonderful team. Starting with leasing agent Christopher, his genuine approach to understanding your needs and providing the highest levels of service really stand out. Saidi, the property manager makes you feel like family and if the entire property is your home. Jennifer at the front desk always makes sure that what ever you need is available, even if she is busy and multi tasking. The vibe at the pool is very relaxing. And the gym is spotless; everyone is cleaning constantly and the whole building is looked after. I can’t say enough about the many benefits and quality of life at Southgate. Oh and I forgot to mention Daniele and Mallory! You’ll always be in good hands with anyone on the Southgate team. Highly recommended moving here!

If your in search of a dangerous and hostile building security staff who protects the on property drug dealers who sell Fentanyl have I got a place for you. Southgate towers have no business involving themselves in residents professional opportunities. I'd highly recommend avoiding this AUTOMIC bomb of a property. Nice Whirlpool appliances though. Hagedy the front desk receptionist is lovely the saving grace of the property. Miami 305 is one of the most incredible and vibrant cities in the USA and Southgate towers is shameful.

Southgate Towers is amazing! We've lived here for years and the community here is awesome from our great neighbors to the wonderful team! The whole team feels like a family here, very close and connected to the residents! From the front desk to the maintenance team to the management team they are all kind, helpful, and very personable. It is super family-oriented here, the team is always creating fun events for the community from holiday parties, our local DJ at the pool on Sundays, yoga on Wednesdays, poolside projected movies on a huge screen to random ice cream nights and events. The grounds are pristinely kept and the amenities are everything you would imagine at a luxury building. Thank you to the owners of this building and the team who manage it all for creating such a safe community for families. It reminds me of how it was when I was a kid, all the kids playing together outside and having a close-knit community that you can trust. Living here is like a parallel universe to the rest of the world in our endless summers and gorgeous pool looking across the bay at the Miami skyline.

I love this place, have been living here for 3+ years and am always impressed at how immaculate this place is maintained. They don’t “sell you the dream” like many apartments in Brickell and Edgewater but actually deliver - I’ve never had a maintenance issue be outstanding for more than 2 days and the quality of the staff is top notch - friendly, genuine and service oriented. I feel like I live in a resort - would recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment with an amenity rich building in Miami Beach. Also, you can’t beat the sunsets!
