I find some of these reviews to be absolutely ridiculous. I live in Miami Beach and have come into this store for years. The current management ( JASON, JEREMY AND JJ) are the pinnacle of professionalism and courtesy. They are literally bombarded hundreds of times a day by resellers who are angry because they are simply following policy. If an item is not in stock they cannot sell the item. If the policy is one watch per person and the item is in stock they strictly stick to that policy. I walk by this store multiple times a day and have done so before and during the current release of these “moon swatches”. I have no interest in one and have never attempted to purchase one. But I do purchase true limited release swatches as I have for decades for gifts, for relatives etc etc. I would give this store and their management 6 stars not 5 for professionalism, Patience as well as courtesy. I’ve witnessed some of the employees very stressed out and I’ve witnessed customers acting aggressive towards these guys while they are simply doing their jobs (and doing a good Job/ going the extra mile). Corporate needs to back their employees better. JASON, JEREMY AND JJ ARE TOP NOTCH. “T” — while not a manager is always courteous and helpful. This is an honest non biased review. 5 stars.

Great store, big selection and they have the Omega Swatch on a weekly basis. The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely courteous despite the absolute insanity of throngs of people looking for the Moonswatch. A very, very pleasant experience.

I’ve worked in customer service for years and I have nothing but great things to say about this store. I spoke with Jason and Jeremy and they both took their time to help me in purchasing a watch from them. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The kind of experience you want to have in a store (specially with so many great options to choose from). I will be back for sure!

Such an awesome store! I have never been to a Swatch store. I was so excited to see it walking down the street. They had so many options and exclusive watches. The sales person was so nice and gave me some extra batteries and tote bag. It was great to be able to try watches on and I got a Van Gogh watch after seeing how it looked on my wrist. Swatch was already my favorite brand and this store makes it even better! Wish I could visit more often.
