When I walked in three of the workers were standing around talking, I was not acknowledged. They finally helped when they were finished talking. Not friendly, rude behavior.

If you have your tracking number just call the 800 number for ups. They have always been pretty good at helping if I had an issue. If you don't have a tracking number call the people that shipped it and see if you can get that number first.

I got an email from my old apartment saying package missed delivery and that they would hold it till the end month. My problem is I don't live at the address anyone or in the same state so I can't pick it up. What do I do?

How come you can’t find my house after delivering to me for Ten years. You sent package back twice from Amazon. Go to Whitwell, Tn. Take HWY 108 up Whitwell Mt 12 miles and turn right on CC Road then go down CC Road 1:9 miles turn left down hill.
