I really like that it is a small intimate business, in which you personally get to know the owner and your trainer. They customize the training to fit your ability and needs. I have tried other fitness facilities in which you are one of many doing the same conditioning as everyone else, which does not fit your individual goals. I also like that we are encouraged to attend community events together.

BodyTrac is a different gym experience, and that's why it's so awesome. It's extremely affordable and the staff is invested in you. They are there to give you just the right push, they teach you every step of the way, and they always encourage you when you need it. The best part about BodyTrac is the members. Someone will notice you working hard, or dropping a couple pounds and give you a high five. The owners and trainers have built a real family, which is a testament to they type of people they are.
