WESTON, FL location- AWFUL Customer Service Staff- front desk doesn’t care, came in to join, quoted me a price and when I asked about promotions I was dismissed and the girl rudely began speaking to another person walking in. So I joined at a different location that was appreciative to gain my new business and was thrilled with their offer and promotion. Gave Weston OTF a 2nd chance and my partner was running about 7 mins late due to unusual traffic, after working a long day (an hour to drive to this location from work) chose to come to this location to only be told about a ridiculous 5 minute late rule not allowing you access into the class, by the same girl who blew me off days before when trying to join the OTF family. This is a workout business that the customer pays for- as adults we run into issues with work, kids, etc and rely on a workout facility to help us workout the day’s stressors and improve our health and instead this office staff does just the opposite, causing more undue stress. They have no clue (nor care) about the realities of life and that people sometimes run late, no matter how early we may leave to make a class or appt- life happens and this location should be more understanding- not so rude and dismissive. Especially when so much effort is made to get there and make a certain class- it’s infuriating to be treated like this. When I explained to the young inexperienced millennial girl behind the counter the situation, she smiled in a condescending manner and then quoted me her rehearsed excuse of this lame “late policy” that I have yet to see any other location enforce when a few mins past the start time. I asked her for the manager’s info and once again after handing me a generic business card, she rudely dismissed me so she could talk to another member. How this location is able to make money and sign up members is beyond me. I have worked out at 2 other locations- Miami and an out of state location where I observed adults running a few mins late and the staff was very kind, understanding and helpful, they didn’t add additional unnecessary stress to these members who were already stressed out because they were racing to get to a class - they didn’t impose this ridiculous (BS) 5min late rule and quite frankly they were awesome in getting this member in the door and set up for their workout- the coach as well was warm and welcoming. I think the concept, workout and coaches are awesome at OTF, but this locations front desk is very disappointing. I will be referring my friends to the Miami location for sure to join orange theory- and tell them to bypass this Weston location for sure. This office staff could care less- a horrible way to run a community business.

Good coaches and fitness programs but absolutely terrible management. It’s like they don’t understand that WE, the members, are the most important element in their business model. They charge you an extra month when you cancel, even when it’s been months you haven’t used their facility. Pathetic.

I began taking classes at this location last month and I couldn’t be happier! Kristi and Meredith are the best coaches!! They’re motivating yet patient and will help you through an exercise even when you just don’t get it, like me! I really appreciate the support and look forward to getting in good shape and feeling healthy.

Let me break it down: Environment: they treat you like family and make you feel so welcomed. Workout: amazing. They will make you work and push you to be a better version of yourself. Staff: their coaches rock. Their front desk rock. Their manager, Tracey, is absolutely freaking wonderful and you can tell how much she cares about everyone there. A plus effort. Do me a favor - Try the workout, fall in love and repeat.
