The process from touring, application and orientation Gabriel is the greatest. He really took his time helping my family. He is definitely a great marketing representative. Very friendly. The moving process was easy.

Be careful with all of the new 5 star reviews from late June-now. They are all from “possible future tenants” and not from current tenants who have actually lived here because the real experience living here is the farthest thing from luxury it is a nightmare. There’s alligators in the lake. The gym equipment has some broken items in BOTH gyms. The jacuzzi and the cinema room have all been broken for 3 years and counting!!!!! The pool furniture is disgusting, there are oil stains all over and the fans don’t work in any of the canopy’s or the pergola. Want to know more? Two months ago or so this community got bought by range water. After range water took over, they started a completely unnecessary and costly painting renovation on the entire community from a beige cream to white. They hired a brand new leasing manager, Suzanne who is kind but she’s brand new and is in training watching videos and out of the office when you actually need her. I tried to contact the regional manager, Ceasar, who is too busy to give any of the tenants a simple phone call. The regional manager should make time to speak to residents who have lived in the community longer than they’ve been working with it. They are taking advantage of market prices and increasing rent for all tenants. Our rate to renew was assigned two months ago, and they refuse to recalculate the rate based on the new market price because they use a third party system. When they gave me the notice to clear up my balcony for the painting renovation, they didn’t even follow Fl laws and give us minimum 24 hour notice. They placed the sign on Tuesday 6pm and by Wednesday 8:30am they were already pressure cleaning. When we brought it up to leasing house ladies, she said “sorry, they should have done it on Monday.” Maybe if the managers were involved they could ensure that this huge inconvenient painting renovation does not become more inconvenient. The parking is a disaster. They put stickers on BOTH windows of my car for being on a curb after they blocked our parking spaces. instead of towing the cars who did not have a tenant decal, they put stickers on tenant cars. When I asked about this, they told me they can’t have 20 tow trucks in the community all day. So they are aware that there is a problem with parking but they refuse to work on it and instead want to inconvenience the residents. Gates have never worked for longer than 1 month at a time. Finally, while the leasing house office workers are kind, they can’t do much to help other than show properties and rent them out.

Absolutely do not ever move to Doral View. I am leaving after this lease is up and honestly I have stayed too long. The gates are always broken even after they "fix" them. I had a leak in my apartment due to issues with the outside of the building and it took months to actually come and fix it or even make any attempt. Don't even get me started on this new resident portal that is horrendous if you are trying to make any type of payment as this apartment (for some reason) does not accept any form of split payments so unless you have the full amount of money on this specific account you will not be able to pay any of the bills that they have. They also like to hide hidden fees without contacting you about it in hopes that you won't question it. The staff at the leasing office is also no help at all and actually is quite disrespectful instead of trying to find an actual solution. The parking as well is horrendous there is no towing that goes on to visitor vehicles which just clogs up the spaces that actual residents use.

Would highly suggest against moving here. Grey star is not managing the property well. They send empty threats via email about towing unauthorized vehicles but have not done so leaving no spaces for tenants since overnight guests are in tenant parking spaces. We pay for security that does not monitor the gates and the gates are always broken. Anyone can come in and out. Car tires have been stolen in the neighborhood overnight. Why is security not monitoring? Neighbors are not thoughtful at all. Blasting music from their balconies after midnight on weekdays and at sunrise on weekends. The common areas were supposed to include a movie theater which has been closed due to “covid” and the pool furniture is stained and filthy. Please consider pressure cleaning! Maintenance is the only part of organization currently doing their job and doing it well with consistency. Thank you maintenance.

There must be enough. And I do not recommend that you come to see anything. It is awful
Thank you for reaching out Lyda. The gates were repaired and then hit again. We are waiting on parts for them to be repaired. Please reach out the office directly with any questions.
You can see the prices on the Doral View website ... and see the availability ...
