I bought my vehicle from here. That was a good experience. Salesmen/women were awesome. The service department, not so much. First of all, when I first got to the service department, I was told I had to wait because all of the service advisors was in a meeting. Then, my advisor tried to quote me a higher price than what was stated on the website, AS WELL AS what was posted on the video board in the service department. Then I had to wait 4 HOURS for just an oil change. Considering there were only a few people that were ahead of me, that was unacceptable. They made me late for work. Also, my service advisor didn't introduce himself. The only reason I now his name is because it was printed on the invoice. I'll probably never go back to the service department.

You have to call the store manager that is not a public thing
Everything changes in a car purchase, It is a negotiation and if the car has discounts from the factory or not if it is a rocket graduate they give you 500 more discounts and if a customer from before the gmc would also go discounts and things like that and everything that influences the price.
