Excellent customer service! Lestter helped my mom and I with some issues we were having with our phones. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I usually hate going into the AT&T stores because of the wait times and bad customer service experiences I’ve had but this was the complete opposite. Definitely will be back at this location!

I had purchased an at&t phone at Walmart and I did not know how to set it up. So I had called the closest at&t store near me almost to the last closing hour and spoke to an employee named Jonathan. He had attempted to guide me over the phone but I was way too ignorant to complete the registration myself. So he invited me over to the store and then with his knowledge and expertise was able to assist me with registering the phone and answered any and all questions I had honestly and swiftly. He also did not try to force me to purchase anything like some crooked salesman. He is a very good representative of this company and I wish all employees in every form of retail was like Jonathan as that would make my life so much easier. Thanks again and needless to say I will be staying with at&t for the foreseeable future. If you have ever had a bad experience with at&t give them another try as perhaps you didn't have the right people on the job helping you out.

I have never regretted a decision as much as I do, to transfer my business over to ATT. It has been a complete waste of my time and my money. The service is not even worth the money I pay. Metro PCs has better coverage. And on top of that I have my trade in and have yet received the value I was promised when transferring my service. Don’t even get me started on customer service they take forever and don’t event resolve the matter. I have spoken on multiple occasions and have been over 1 hour on the phone for them to locate my account information and then tell me there is nothing they can do. Definitely the worst mistake I ever made was to bring my service over to Att and will be cancelling them shortly. No stars if I could.
