Ultimately he and Jay brought me to a full and exciting understanding of what was my clear best option. They worked all day for me until 1:30 AM they stayed at the dealer to make sure I got to take my now dream car home. If you are looking for a quality dealership that guarantees the car and stands behind it…. this is the place. From start to finish my experience was excellent…… from customer support to financial to the driving experience of the vehicle itself. My wife loves Minis and I’m not a small car person but I flew down to Miami on 6/13(going to leave to flight issues out of this) arrived at around noon and Klaudia met me out front. She was extremely nice and immediately took me to my car, and we took it for test drive. Because of the lateness of my flight, I did not have a chance to go to the bank. She gave me a Cappuccino and introduced me to the financial manager. I’m sorry for this but, I don’t remember the financial managers name (I’m old another story) He was both personal and professional and I enjoyed the conversation. Once all the paperwork was completed.. Klaudia walked me back to my car and thanked me. The drive back from Miami to Tallahassee is about 8 hours and the car ran marvelously the entire trip and not being a big fan of small cars this car has head room, leg room, and you don’t feel cramped side to side either. I want to say this, and if you ever go there, this is a premier dealership and you feel it the minute you walk through the door. My next purchase is a Maserati Quattroporte (spelling might be off) and I guarantee even if I have to deal with another 3 hour airport delay this is where I will make my purchase.
