I have recently estimate my car, VW 2007 Beetle, via Kelly Blue Book, and tried to redeem a cash offer to closest dealer. Toyota of North Miami immediately reached out to me and wanted me to bring my car in for an estimate. They referred me to a salesperson, named Jose Ortiz, On Sunday, 4/3/2022, I came in and talked to him. He did some inspection, took picture, and checked out the engine of my car. After that, he went in and discuss with his internal team, about pricing. Since the car is older and has lower mileage, he said that they could offer $1,800 to buy the car back from me. I waited a few days and reached out back, via email and call. The communication from him or Toyota was lacking, where I did not get a response via email. When dealership wants thing from you, they would communicate very energetically. However, when it is not longer beneficial to them, you can just wait for "next year" to hear back. I called him up and asked about selling my car. I wanted to confirm the agreed price before I bring my car in. Now, Jose said the price would be $1,200 since that was what recorded in the system and he already talked to his boss. I confronted him about the $1,800 valuation that he told me back on Sunday. He got silent and blamed it on the way their internal system recorded it. He told me that he needed to talk to his boss. Half an hour later, I got a call from his manager, Juan, who now had a different story to tell me. He said that his dealership could not take the car because his "Toyota" internal system could not capture that "buy," When I confronted him about the mismatching stories between him and his associate, he brushed me off by ignoring my comments and rushed me off the phone. It was extremely rude. There is no way within a 30-minute increment, a story could change from $1,800 to $1,200, and then "not-buying" system. A huge company, like Toyota, doesn't incur any type of inaccuracies like these. It is another typical 'shady" dealership.

Such a great experience from test-drive to taking delivery of my new truck. I must have visited over a dozen different car dealers looking for a well-equipped midsize truck. No dealer came close to the quality of customer care that I received from Toyota of North Miami. Adler Andre helped me with my purchase. Adler was extremely knowledgeable of the brand, he was very charismatic and never pressured me into committing to something I was unsure of. He didn't use any of the cheesy salesman tactics, he was simply honest. I appreciate honesty and compassion and Adler was both. He even followed up with me weeks later to see how I was enjoying the truck. Sadly for me, the truck didn't make it a full day before it was totaled due to someone else's negligence. I just know once I'm ready to purchase my replacement truck, I'll be going back to Toyota of North Miami and asking for Adler. Highly recommended!

The dealers are very expensive, if the piece you are looking for is for the engine you must go to the dealer but if it is an addition that is lights, a bumper etc, I would recommend that you check in Keystone or some other autoparts.
