Great credit union. Can't say enough good things about them. When I had brain surgery they sent me a get well card. When I referred a friend I got a sizable gift card to Phil's barbecue. They helped me get my credit back on track. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

I would say, if you have a debit card, call the number on the back of your card and report fraud or stolen card. It might get you to a representative that might be able to assist you further.
