Have been a member for 30 years. Never need much out of the ordinary; I have had a Home Loan, Checking and savings acct. Etc. Today I asked to use the phone for a local call, and was DENIED! I'm so disappointed and will be finding a new bank soon. How ridiculous is that? Its "against their policy" to borrow the phone. I have never in my life heard of such a thing - cant use the phone. I am so OUTTA THERE!

The financing rates were the best in town and the extended warranty options and gap insurance was about a third of what the dealers charge. I love my new ride. I have had my auto loan with FPCU, for a long time. Just before the last payment, I called their 800 number. I explained that I needed to put the upcoming payment to the end of the contract. He said he understood and would check if I qualified. I did not receive a call back , therefore I had no reason to think that it had not gone thru. However, to my dismay... the payment was deposited, causing me a tremendous problem! This was my first request and I FIND THAT THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easily the worst experience I have ever had with any financial institution in all my years of banking which began in 1974. It took all my afternoon to open this account, and no matter what user ID, pin, password, passcode I used to access their online banking system, I could not get through. I was asked repeatedly to change my passcode and password, and do not know how much total time it took for me to recognize this system simply does not work. I can only hope to be able to use the money I have on this debit card for a new deposit to open an account in a completely different credit union in a much more user-friendly environment than the one I ensnared myself in with Financial Partners. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION TO ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR TIME.

Yeah, depends on terms and credit. I can say they have the lowest I've seen in a 72mo. option... As low as 2.24% with excellent credit and linked accounts.
