Absolutely delicious dining experience. Nicely decorated and terrific staff. I have been here several times over the years and just returned after about 4 years. It is still as wonderful as it was the first time I went. We were greeted by very pleasant hostess named Izzy. The manager Gianni was friendly and checked in on us. Our server Oscar was professional, helpful and personable. He was very good at his job. The food outstanding. We enjoyed our Ceasar Salad and Manchengo Empandas. However the real star was the Paella Clasica! This was full of great flavors and the seafood and meat were perfectly cooked. A tremendous treat for those who love this dish. I look forward to returning again the next time I am in town.

What a treat! We’ve been slowly trying to get to know the area better after moving here a bit over two years ago and wow did we enjoy this restaurant. Just last week we went to Ruth’s Chris steakhouse which is always a favorite but we were terribly disappointed by horrible service, mediocre food and the typical high prices. Last night however, the service at Mediterranean was impeccable, the choices were perfect and the prices quite reasonable considering the food and location. We’ve been to Spain many times for work and pleasure and this food was the closest we have tasted to true Spanish cuisine in the US. We will be coming back many many times and enjoying this amazing place.

Above all else - the staff is incredible here. I attended a private event at Mediterra and everyone we encountered while visiting was so hospitable, friendly and helpful. Now for the part of the review I’m sure most care about, the food! I had the NJ Green Salad (watermelon radish, grape, toasted quinoa, dijon) for my starter, the Pastaless Lasagna (roasted eggplant, garlic spinach, pomodoro, basil fresh mozzarella) for my main and the Butterscotch Budino (custard, amaretti crunch, sea salt) and the Flourless Chocolate Cake (sesame crema, garam masala) for dessert. Simply put, it was all excellent. If you’re in the area, check them out!! Great food, outstanding service.
