Mak is the most rude and unprofessional manager I have ever seen in this location Read to the end To whom may concern I used to love this location because their staff and managers used to be very helpful and professional. BUT THAT'S NOT ANYMORE On Sunday July 17th I went to Princeton location after my sound bar stopped working and since I have the protection plan on it. I spoke to the associate in electronics and he's only offering to return it and have a gift card for the value since they're not carrying this model anymore however the newer model is double the price.  I told him I'm not paying for protection to come here and pay more money when the item is broken. Without even offering to fix it. I requested a manger and someone came her Name Is MAK she was even worse Very unprofessional and I requested to talk to the store manager HER ANSWER WAS VRY RUDE AND WITH ATTITUDE SAYING YOU'RE LOOKING AT HER SWEETHEART. I said I need a store manager not a manager she like he's not here and I don't know when he's coming. Then she kept staring at me like GET THE HEEL OUT.

Brand new Computer was set up by them. Because it was set up up by Geek Squad, there were supposed to have the recovery key for a blue screen. They did not maintain it. Computer no longer works and can only be re-images for an additional $100. 100% fail with HP Laptops. I will no longer be going to Geek Squad.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Inventory was a little late, but that's because they're closing for 3 months for a full remodel. Check the date on this post, if you get this in the next couple weeks, head over there. Absolutely everything is on sale. I bought a TV for around half the price of retail.

I had a very good experience at Best Buy Shop Madsau Park blvd. Justin helped me finally out! I had a SIM that didn't work/matched with my phone. Neither Total Wireless or Best Buy (phone) customer service good solve the problem but Justin had the rxplanation why it didn't work and had a solution for it!! A BIG 5 star review for him...👌 He saved me 35$.
