Jeff Stacer has done an excellent job of representing my son. His advice and professionalism has been insightful and incredebly helpful to our case. I would highly recomend him as a Family Law attorney.

Jeff is an amazing attorney. I've known him for about 3 years and from the beginning, he's always had the best interest of children when it comes to divorce/separation where children are involved. I respect that about him. I appreciate his moral values. I also appreciate his free workshops where I was able to learn a lot not just from him, but others as well. Thank you Jeff - you're an amazing person.

Mr Stacer is racist. He is defending the other party (Father, American) for child custody. He referred that the stress that our daughter has is because of the LATIN environment she has when she is with me (Mom, Mexican). Even if this this comment was suggested by his client, should be a filter of what to say in front of Court and what not. Clearly he is not looking for the best interest of the child using this type of comments. And he knows that because he has many years in the field, family law and claims being expert on the field. SAN DIEGO COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION should review his license, and you if you are looking for an attorney honest and trustful, look somewhere else.

I am not in the business of writing reviews but felt that I needed to write one for this business. Unprofessional, lost the documents to be filed. Never communicated with me about court dates or important documents I needed to complete for court. They asked me to attend a class with his wife if I didn't understand how to complete them, Isn't that what they were getting payed to do? We showed up at court on the dates we were given to appear. The courthouse didn't even have the documents. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask questions and do your research when hiring someone to file your documents.

The basic Team Works divorce mediation package is design to assist couples with the filing of their divorce and child sharing/child custody modification. The couple usually agrees to share equally in the costs and court fees and are paid separately to the Superior Court. Our basic mediation services package and costs are described as follows: Court Filing Fees: $435 for Petitioner's filing fee (this filing fee is paid to the Court Clerk and is subject to change by the court.) Team Works basic Divorce Mediation Package without children is: $1400 Team Works basic Divorce Mediation Package with children is: $1700
You and your partner can skip the FCS mediation appointment with the court. When you hire Stacer Family Law/Team Works to assist you, you will fill in a child sharing agreement as part of the Marital Settlement Agreement. This becomes your court order. Team Works mediators will help you to develop a Parenting Plan that will become your child sharing agreement.
Mediation can assist both of you in resolving your issues. whether you have an attorney or not. Once an agreement is made, both people are encouraged to have an attorney review their agreement to confirm that their agreement is in their best interest.
Our firm handles all family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property and debt division. If you need San Diego divorce information or immediate help from an experienced divorce attorney, you will get a focused discussion about your needs, options, rights and goals for resolution with Mr. Stacer.
When two people cooperate and work together through mediation, they will pay two fees. The first fee they pay is the current Petitioner's Court filing fee. The second fee is to Team Works, for filing and preparation of the paperwork for the divorce. The fee for a couple, with children of 18 years or younger is $1700. If you have no children, you pay the same Petitioner's Court filing fee, plus the Team Works fee of $1400.
