Honestly not very happy. I ordered some prescription sunglasses (they were not cheap). Within a month, the lenses were covered in scratches. They were only ever cleaned with glasses cleaner and a clean microfiber. They were either on my face or in the case 100% of the time. I reached out and sent the sunglasses back to be “analyzed”. I was told there were no issues found and that the scratches are normal performance. I was told each pair has one free lens replacement. I declined to use it right now as I guarantee they will pick up more scratches before my year window is up. These lenses were not cheap and the way they hold up against super careful use makes me wonder what the point of even having a scratch resistant coating is. My other pair of Ray Bans are approaching 10 years old and do not show the same level of wear that my new pair has picked up in less than 6 months. The purchase experience was fine, but I cannot recommend their brand of lenses based on durability.

Sport RX displayed absolutely awesome customer service. Replies to emails were almost instant, they updated me on my order proactivley & shipping from California to Canada was actually overnight. This is one of the best purchasing experiences Ive ever had. This company is spectacular.

Just an excellent experience all around. Al in Customer Service was terrific throughout the entire process. The guy is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about SportRx products and eyewear in general. We exchanged several emails and chatted on the phone. He was able to help me find the best pair of glasses to meet my needs. He should be used as a trainer for new employees. I was very happy with the entire process. Thanks Al and SportRx!

I’ve bought a few pairs of sunglasses over the years from SportRx. Everything was perfect until the most recent purchase, which had some manufacturing/quality issues.
