This place is super clean and the machines run great, it's the owner/operators that leave something to be desired. I recently did laundry here and my dryers finished running a few minutes before they were closed. The first dryer I opened needed a few more minutes but I was told no because they're closed, which is valid. BUT I had 2 other dryers to empty yet and the first one could have run for the few minutes it would have taken me to empty the other 2. Now I have to lug all of that laundry out of the house AGAIN and somewhere else to dry my clothes for 5 minutes. This seems petty but five extra minutes of their time after close while I was there anyway could have saved me time, gas, and money AND helped to retain a long time customer. This also isn't the first time I've had negative experiences with these people. My mother put a load in a brand new washer and it did not run properly and only about half of her clothes actually got wet. When she went to the owner at the dry cleaners next door, she was told that he would not issue a refund for the almost $4 it cost to run the machine and that she should do half loads next time. This place also costs twice as much as any other laundromat in the area and the hours are inconvenient.

This is hands down the best laundromat I have ever been to, for many reasons..but let's be honest, only one reason is needed. My clothes are clean and smell good! Quaker Cleaners is run with pride and it shows. Also, no more quarters if you have a smart phone with any cash app...both washers and dryers can operate without quarters. Found my forever go-to laundromat, all the way from Bethlehem.
