We bought a huge sofa sectional from them a little over a year ago (we love it) and just returned again to buy a new mattress and frame. They are always helpful when we are there. We love them! Honestly, I refuse to go anywhere else because I know they got my back for all my needs here. *the best around*

I bought a few items and loved them. Had no problems. They have a nice selection and staff is friendly
I ordered July 27th. Initial date to be in their warehouse was 9/19. I then got a new date of 10/1. Seems they are experiencing major back ups and shipping issues. I'm so excited for my sofa, too. Patience is key. You can always call the store as well. Good luck!
You have to let them know that this is what you had to do at the time of delivery, call it and let it know
