Drive up is absolutely awful. Waited 20 minutes for my order. When I got home half my order was not there. Called and had to plead my case for them to believe me. They told me to come to the store and they would have someone go on the floor and repick it. Got to the store waiting another 20 minutes in line and had to plead my case again and the manager was rude and made me feel like I was ripping them off. The nice lady I went to offered to go get my 2 items off the floor. The manager told her she could not do that. So I waited and one item was brought up. Then an associate comes around the corner with my bag and label on it from the back. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Poor customer service and the drive up service is awful!!!

Horrible store. Had a 40% coupon that they REFUSE to honor. By far the worst store I've ever been to. Will never shop at a kohls again, pathetic.
