Another great experience from ORE. Rented from ORE for the second time in a few years, and they are great to deal with. Employees are very helpful inside, and the employee I dealt with outside was very detailed on showing me how to use the equipment and help load into Jeep. Had the same guy when I dropped everything off and the first thing he asked was how everything went and if I had any issues. Great place to deal with, and the rental fees are very reasonable.

Every single piece of equipment that I rent from here works flawlessly without any issues and the return process is easy and again everyone is very friendly from start to finish throughout the entire process. The machinery is always impeccably clean.

Fake Name

I received a broken piece of equipment, how I did not know as we were not allowed out of our vehicles. I get home to find out it doesn't work. I spent a few hours trying to fix it to no avail. Thankfully, they did lend me another piece of equipment in place of that, however when I came to get my deposit back, nothing happened. After multiple calls and emails, they say it has been refunded, my bank does not reflect they. They keep telling me, "give it a few days". This place is a scam, stick with action rental in Easton

I have changed my glowing 5 star review to a 1 star, after years of using this company as my go to rental. I rented a machine for 300$. When I got it to the job it wouldn't work for what i needed (even after being advised by ore). So I brought it straight back. Everyone handed me off to the next person up the chain saying that they couldn't refund my money but maybe someone else could. Finally I spoke to an owner named George who basically said "you rented it, you're responsible to pay." I suggested that maybe I pay a lesser fee since I wasn't able to use the machine, he wasn't having it. This was not what I have come to expect from this company. It seems that making a few more dollars today is more important to George than retaining customers, or trying to be a fair. I have my own business, and I would never treat my customers this way. In fact, I was renting this machine to help somebody out, and I lost 300$.
