The manager of Time After Time at the Plymouth Meeting Store is very rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and has poor customer service. I was at this store today and I was surprise to she how a “manager” could carry on like that. She should be fired. I will never return to that location or company again.

I needed to separate watch batteries replaced on Feb21. The young lady in there about 5-6 pm was very helpful, and very Prompt. Very Pleasant to talk to and I will tell my friends n family what a really nice store this is. And very prompt. Thank You
