WORSE customer service I’ve ever experienced! My service “rep” Pete never returned a single phone call and I had to physically go to the park to talk to about my mothers service. We previously bought a plot 10 years prior for my father and she purchased a double plot at that time. When I did get information on the cost, I did ask if there was any additional charges and was told “I’ll look into it and get back to you, which never happened. When I did go to the park I was then told the price quoted was now DOUBLE. Pete never introduced him self when I did meet him, looked me in the eye, shook my hand or offered ANY condolence what so ever! The day of my mothers service, no tent was in place at the grave, the chair covers were torn and tattered and the table I asked for was a card table with a cover that was wrinkled and stained. PLUS…………they lost her urn and there were no ashes!!! NO managers, nor Pete, or supervisors were present in the facility. Our only help came from the one grounds keeper Matt who was making phone call to find someone who knew where the urn was. The head grounds keeper Andrew came in on his day off and between him and my brother, found my mothers urn in a bag in a closet!!! How unacceptable, heart breaking, emotional, and maddening. Given the number of people present at the service and our family This place will NEVER be recommended to anyone!! I had to pick a star in order to have add this post which is why I picked a one star or NONE would have been selected! October 2022

Family member passed July 2021, he had purchased his grave plot in 1979. Fast forward a year later, still no grave stone. Cemetery has had an excuse each time I have tried calling. Now, they are failing to return any of my calls or messages. Entirely unacceptable, and a complete disrespect to my family member who purchased this 42 years ago to avoid any conflicts.

After Christmas. My mom likes to use artificial plants.. etc etc.. Because the Deer will eat real plants/ flowers... We've witnessed it.
I would hope not, i work at a different cemetery and we keep all armed forces markers and flags at the headstone and replace weather beaten American flags with new ones.
