I visited this jiffy lube because the oil light needed to be reset. I decided to get the transmission fluid flushed which was necessary. There was one car in the bay when I arrived and I was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes to complete. The entire job took about 45 minutes which was disappointing but the service was generally good.

This was a quick, professional, and pleasant experience. One person met me by my car as I drove up and politely asked me what services I needed. I only needed an oil change, so he told me that they would by happy to help and then how long it would take. I got out to give him my information since I had never been here before and then sat in the waiting room while they worked. They gave me updates on price and state of repair for my car, provided me with a coupon as I checked out, and generally made the entire process as easy and pleasant as I could imagine it going. I highly recommend this place.
