Sarah has guided me and my partner through transactions with real estate many times. Not only did she make it less stressful, she also made it actually enjoyable. She is a wealth of knowledge beyond what I could have imagined. She even had the best referrals for loans ect. She referred us to Jon Dunckel, at guaranteed rate. The two of them together were a brilliant force you want on your side. Even after transactions were closed, I called her for information and she went out of her way to help me find answers, as I'm still learning the ropes. I cant say enough about how great of a business woman she is and just an all around great person to be around.

Sarah was great in every way. She kept us well-informed on all aspects of the process (we live in another state), she responded to different situations 24/7 - weekends, late at night, whatever was needed. She set up everything for us from painters and stagers to plumbers and meetings with the previous tenants. With her experience she was able to provide us with good advice on many practical decisions that had to be made. She is a positive, energetic, and very enthusiastic agent and we knew we were in good hands with her. We can’t say enough good about her. Thank you, Sarah.

Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.

The same is true of kitchen or bathroom fixtures, and fireplaces. Exceptions and details can be discussed during the negotiation process.

Sharing particular information when connecting with a real estate agent can help give you an idea of your home’s value in today’s market. The in-person expertise of a real estate agent will give you a more accurate opinion of your home’s value.
