We had Reactic come out and perform an inspection because our walk in shower was starting to have some mold growth in the back corner. We suspected a leak, in the plumbing, but apparently the waterproofing that was done, wasn’t right. They took the time to inspect our crawl space as well, and found some mold starting to grow on the subfloor just beneath the shower area. The pricing was super fair, but we weren’t ready for a big and costly remodel. Even though it was a big project and they did warn us about mold exposure, we liked Reactic because they didn’t push us to move forward immediately. We came back to them last month, and they completed the mold cleaning in about 4 days. We passed a mold test and immediately started moving towards rebuilding out shower. We chose the tile, with a little bit of guidance, and they had the bathroom properly waterproofed, inspected and tiled in about 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend the Reactic Restoration team.

Excellent service. After calling 10 or so different restoration companies about our sewage pipe bursting they were the only ones who had someone out to our home at 12am within 30 minutes after our call. They efficiently cleaned and sanitized the area and took away everything we didn’t want that got contaminated. When they were done, you couldn’t tell at all that there had been a sewage leak and the smell was replaced by chemicals which has gone away after 4 days. They took their time and didn’t rush the process! They also left their heavy duty air filters in our home for the whole weekend, which was very nice. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the Bay Area and we appreciate the care and quality the team had.

Oran and his team did a very professional job with removing mold from several areas in our home without any unnecessary demolition. They were efficient, clean, and polite. They did the job quickly and always communicated promptly whether by phone, email or text. It was a pleasure to work with 911 Restoration!

Wow....A+ from jump, FANTASTIC...Oran and his crew were out to the house in 2 hours to get the water leaking in the house stopped and cleaned up. He and his team were accessible, professional and communication was excellent. It feels very comforting knowing that this organization and team helped make a very stressful situation more tolerable. Thank you for a positive experience and fairness with our situation. There was a lot of back and forth with the the owner, then tenants, and the property manager, but Oran handled everything fantastically. Thank you, Oran, you're the best.

To be able to prevent water coming in we have to conduct visual inspection and see if we can resolve the source, as for Indoor wet materials we have to conduct water mitigation procedure.
Wood damaged by water may swell and change shape within 48 hours to 7 days. Wood rot can also happen within seven to 10 days. A wooden floor, for example, expands and warps when water sits on it for a long time. So, when you see the boards on your bed are bent, you can be sure that water damage is to blame. Sometimes, water isn't enough to make wood rot because of the wood used. Water damage to wood takes longer to happen in cooler climates because the wood breaks down more slowly. However, in hot places, there is a lot of water and moisture in the air, which can cause wood to rot within a few months or even weeks.
Depending on the severity of the damage and the drying period of the affected material, water damage repairs can take a long time to complete. Even if you only have to deal with one or two rooms, the drying and repair process will only take 72 hours, followed by another 1-2 weeks for the actual repair.
If the water gets into the walls, it can cause mold to form and damage your home. If you ever hear sounds like water is moving around, it could be that the water is escaping from your house through your sewer pipes which may cause water to flow in your wall.
