Team member Danielle Marino showed up to my house for an estimate. She appeared intoxicated and smelt of alcohol. I felt very uncomfortable letting her into my home so I watched her closely. She could not keep a clear conversation as she was slurring her words and flailing her arms around while talking. Danielle Marino bent down and a glass pipe fell onto the floor. It was a clear pipe with heavy black residue… which is known for using methamphetamines. I could not wait to get her out of my home and I have had reservations placing a complaint because she now knows my address. This company came highly recommended and I could not in good faith let someone intoxicated work on my home. PLEASE drug test your employee’s

In a moment of stupidity I almost set my kitchen on fire, filling my home with the most noxious plastic black smoke. After the fire dept came, I knew that toxic smell would not go away on it's own and was very unhealthy. Josh was amazing, I was quite stressed out and he was really responsive, helpful and made me laugh when I really needed it the most. He worked directly with my home owners insurance and calmed me when I was getting anxious. He even got me in contact with a great linen, carpet cleaner to haul my items away for professional cleaning. After two nights of living in a hotel I came home to no smell and the most clean and organized home ever.
