I went to this location this afternoon and I brought $200 in $20 bills to exchanges to $5 bills., the teller was very helpful and nice but when she gave me back my $200 in $5bills, she just gave me the money with the rubber band …. So she did not count it in from of me and I asked her if is that it , and she yes and she said if i want to I can count it .. I should had counted but i did not cuz I did trust her. So when I when to my place I counted it and it was missing $5 dollars out of my $200. I have learned my lesson and next time I will count my money before to leave the bank. My only feedback is to make sure tellers at this location should be more careful and count the money in from their customers.

The security guard was polite and the teller Meliza was very sweet. Also, there are signs posted about the coin shortage but I was able to get quarters at the branch today (no limit) just FYI for those folks who gotta do laundry.

Horrid customer service. Rudest bank representative Octavio Castaneda. Have been a long time customer, but the customer service has been sporadic post pandemic. New bank policy is to call ahead to make an appointment in COVID times. I called 5 days in advance to set up an appointment to do 3 in branch tasks and told them all the things I needed to do in branch. When I arrived at the appointment, there was no parking spaces in the lot, there was a line of 10 or so people, the entire staff was having a meeting in the atrium still, it was well past 10 am. There was no direction where to go if you had an appointment that I had to write a note with a question and had to knock on the window to ask one of the bank representative. A bank representative was suppose to call you ahead of time to ensure to see if anything could be taken care of without coming in, but no one called. I tried calling the branch but no one picked up the phone before the visit. When I arrived, no one seemed to know that I had an appointment and asked what I needed, didn't know I was coming, and I wasn't assigned to anyone. I had 3 tasks to complete at the bank and informed customer service ahead of time when I made the appointment. I completed one task during the visit. During the process of doing the second task, bank representative Octavio Castaneda informed me that I would need to make an appointment because he had another appointment and I had run out of time. We made another appointment for another day. The morning of the SECOND appointment, no one called me. I called the bank to ask 30 minutes ahead of the appointment to confirm what I need to bring in. I had more questions, but he said he had someone waiting for him and he would be able to answer my questions when I arrived. There was no parking in the parking lot for customers, even though only 4 people were in line, so I had to walk farther. When I arrived at the entrance to the bank, Mr. Octavio Castaneda informed me that I was 15 minutes late and I would need to make ANOTHER appointment. and I couldn't take care of any of my tasks today. Asking a customer to make THREE APPOINTMENTS to simply open an account and unnecessarily exposing themselves multiple times in the middle pandemic is incredulous. I have had great customer service experiences here in the past, but Octavio Castaneda is the worst representative I have dealt with. Was a long time customer, but this is the last straw and will close accounts and take my business elsewhere.
