I went to Modern infiniti with the intent of buying a car on Friday at 6:30. I know what you're thinking. They close at like 7 or something. You're exactly right. This was a really important mission for me and they understood that immediately. Even though they were closed technically almost an entire force of people helped me accomplish what I needed. Andre, the first sales employee I met was phenomenal. He made sure I was comfortable, he was extremely knowledgeable, personable and kind. They offered me a fast, fair trade for my previous vehicle. The director of financing was charismatic and thoughtful when helping me fill out the forms. From start to finish this process was painless and fair. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Modern Infiniti, and I plan on buying the rest of them from there as well. It's impossible to give them more than 5 stars, but I would def rate them an 11/10 or a 6/5.
