The team I worked with at Volvo Winston-Salem was second to none. I have never had a car purchase run so smoothly. I am located out of state (10 hours away) and I was able to purchase the vehicle and have it delivered within 4 days. Abbi and Daniel worked together to set up a virtual “walk-through” of the vehicle during which Daniel was completely transparent and answered all of my detailed questions. If there were any parts of the vehicle that needed touched up, he pointed them out immediately and had them fixed before shipping the car. Abbi kept me updated every step of the way and sent me photos once the car was detailed and those little spots were fixed. She even sent photos when the vehicle was on the truck headed to us for delivery. I also appreciated having a small and dedicated team to work with that I was able to contact and easily get ahold of. Many dealerships pass you around from sales person to sales person and you receive phone calls from different people that don’t know where you are in the process. I loved knowing I could get ahold of Abbi or Melinda in finance quickly and easily. Even though I am located 10 hours away, I will shop with them first when I am ready to purchase another Volvo. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism, top quality customer service, and their attention to detail.

After searching for a car for weeks, I had finally found one at Volvo of Winston Salem. Abigail and Nick were who I dealt with and they were both awesome. Abigail helped answer all of my questions through text, phone and e-mail. Responses were quick and felt like I was chatting with someone I knew. I of course tried my hardest to bargain as much as I could but in today's day and age there just was not much wiggle room. I of course knew that so I was not mad when I was kindly turned down. In the end I knew I wanted the car and I am sure they knew it as well. Nick was there to handle the transaction, as well as let me test drive the car. Picked up a beautiful 2019 S60 T5 Momentum. Had just come off lease so mileage was low, still had remaining manufacturers warranty and a lot of other perks. Volvo of WS also offers great benefits when you buy through them. I will not have to worry about oil changes for the entire length of my vehicle, which will be a very long time with Volvo pedigree! If you are looking for a car I say drop in and check them out. The extra benefits really make a difference. Also they were the first dealer to not push warranties and GAP during signing. They offered it of course but were completely cool with my choices. That is an amazing thing!
