The people at leasing office and maintenance dept are friendly and responsive. But ran into several issues in my time there: frequent fire alarms, that can get triggered several times in a night. Elevator breakdowns and building access issues, high move out charges. It seems like the building is working to update the systems, but it’s not there yet.

[Careful if you're considering Radius] I am very frustrated with Radius’ misleading practices around deposits. After seeing the apartment and not being fully convinced, we were encouraged by the staff on site to just leave a $300 deposit for the unit because it was very easily refundable. I followed their advice and I left a deposit of $300. Nothing was mentioned about any conditions - we were only told that I could get my deposit back. When the next day, I looked at all of the online reviews for Radius, I was horrified - so I decided to keep looking for apartments and found another apartment that is cheaper and safer. I applied for and left a deposit for Radius because I was told that my deposit was easily refundable. Two days later, when we asked for a refund of our deposit, we were told that it was refundable only within 24 hours. The agent onsite told us to our face that the deposit was easily refundable and did not state any conditions. This is a horrible experience and I am glad that I decided to move away from Radius. I haven't experienced such misguiding tactics ever before in my apartment search efforts.

Package loss is still a problem My order of a $300 sunglasses was delivered in the package room yesterday noon. When I checked the room today, I didn’t find it. I instantly knew why when I saw this(attached photo). Some packages are opened and left there!(Cuz the thief is not interested clearly). Some empty packages wrappings are left there too. When I checked the package room door, even though with a smart lock, it still doesn’t automatically lock itself after close! The leasing office could simply have someone check IDs when people come to get packages, which is what my old apt did. Instead, they seem to chill in the office room of the other building with the door shut! What can I say. They also gave me a broken key fob when I moved in last year but never replace it as they promised. Bad management. Think twice before move in!

My package was stolen, and clearly some people robbed the place. The lobby is not the place to dump people’s packages, don’t you (USPS/FEDEX/AMAZON) understand?! Radius team, can you do something more effective? Why does UPS always deliver to our doorsteps but all the others don’t? We’ve lost multiple packages over the last year. What’s the use of the surveillance camera if you are not catching any crime? Stars are for the maintenance team, everything else sucks.
