Another update... Lumber helped me today and cut some wood for me. They were very kind and super helpful. Also the front workers at self check out on my last few experiences have been helpful with aby question and/or just pleasant interactions. I can see a complete turnaround at the store. So glad!! ----------------------------------------------- I'm updating my original review. I've given them another shot and my order was ready before I got there, no wait, and employees very nice. Still will take a few more experiences tk get 4-5 stars though.. Thank you for the improvement and keep it up! ---------------------------'------------------- Curbside pickup at this location is a joke. 1st attempt they left all 6 bags of mulch out of my trunk. Got home and had to come back to wait another 30 minutes to get them loaded. 2nd attempt of curbside pickup waited over 30minutes for someone to load mt car and over 10minutes on the phone holding to speak to someone on the phone. People are nice once you do get help only reason they gor 2 stars vs only 1. Wish I lived closer to another location, or management hired more help, or schedule curbside pickup better..

Very bad experience with the store service and lowes overall. We wanted a concrete fire pit table before the holidays and they delivered a damaged one. There were 3 tables in stock when we purchased it, however, now the product is out of stock. We had to call atleast 5-6 times to get the damaged table picked up from our home and get the full refund.

In short here are the issues I faced when I bought a fridge and washer dryer set from Lowe's for the first time: - The appliances were on clearance yet few days later I found that I paid the full amount of each unit when I checked my bank account - The delivery time was off even though I specified the time range - Delivery personnel were from a third party company and they did not bring the washer and dryer upstairs as per my request when I bought them at the store instead they just left it in the garage saying they did not receive any instructions to carry them upstairs and didn't try to call their company to solve the problem. They said bringing the washer dryer upstairs require 4 men team while I did it by myself using a cheap hand truck without a single scratch on the walls and without hurting my back - When I almost finish installing the washer I realized it came without it's drain hose or instructions manual On the other hand I would like to give thanks to Mr. James the main appliances sales associate at Livermore store for his help in refunding the extra payments on each unit and for providing me the missing drain hose without any hassle. I also would like to thank Ms. Michelle the head cashier for processing the refund without any issues. They both cared and apologized for all the problems I faced which shows that both associate are among very few who understand the meaning of customer service.

Helpful, very helpful, staff. Quite knowledgeable for my needs. Also, the curbside pickup person took the initiative to check on us & our needs. Store was clean and well stocked. They also acknowledge Veterans with a discount and Veteran Only parking spots.

Absolutely yes. Give the return desk the credit card you used & your purchase will pop up. They are very helpful & even w/o a receipt, they'll let you exchange especially since the bag is unopened. Home Depot recently enacted a policy that they will NOT allow exchange or store credit w/o receipt & they are firm on that. So far Lowe's has not done that.
